New 2016 Hyundai Elantra launch in India on August 23
Hyundai dealerships across India have started accepting bookings for new 2016 Elantra. While the pre-bookings for Hyundai Elantra have already started, the official launch of the car will happen on 23rd of August 2016.
There are reports that Hyundai showrooms in Delhi have set the booking cost for Hyundai Elantra ot INR 25,000. Showrooms in Mumbai have opened the bookings at Rs 50,000. Dealerships have not revealed details on variants, trims or features of new Elantra yet.
2016 Hyundai Elantra Competition
The New 2016 Hyundai Elantra would be replacing existing Elantra and shall take on the likings of Skoda Octavia and Toyota Corolla. 2016 Elantra is expected to get 2 engine variants: a 2.0-litre petrol engine producing 149hp of power and a 1.6-litre diesel engine with a power output of 136hp.
The actual price of the new Hyundai Elantra has not been announced yet and the price could be a bit more than existing Elantra.

The launch date of 2016 Hyundai Elantra is 23rd August 2016.
In the other news, The dealerships have started providing discounts of upto Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 on existing model.
