Maruti Alto M S Dhoni Edition Launched

Maruti Suzuki has just unveiled the M.S Dhoni edition of the Maruti Suzuki Alto. These cars have been inspired by the upcoming Bollywood movie associated with the Indian Cricketer MS. Dhoni, ” M.S Dhoni-The untold story“. The movie is based on the real life story of Indian cricketer, M.S Dhoni. Maruti Suzuki is yet to reveal the prices of these cars to the Indian market.

M.S Dhoni edition of the Maruti Suzuki alto will not have many changes but the body graphics on the car. The car will come with M.S Dhoni inspired body graphics and also 7 numbered seats inspired by Dhoni’s jersey number. Alto will house a new high-end music system and reverse sensors etc.. The car will continue to be powered by the same 800 cc engine.

R.S. Kalsi, Executive Director (Marketing and Sales), Maruti Suzuki India, said,

Alto’s association with the movie is based on the cricketer’s massive popularity which harmonises with the credibility of the car in India. As iconic brands both are equally loved and recognised across languages and cultures across India. Alto is the only car brand to cumulatively sell 30 lakh units. M S Dhoni is a living legend of Indian cricket and is recognised for his dynamic leadership style in cricketing world. The achievements and recognitions of both MS Dhoni and Alto make them the true stars of their own leagues.

We expect the car to reach a high market for all the cricket fans and those special fans of the number 7 Indian Cricketer.
