Keeway K-Light 250V cruiser Motorcycle launched at Rs 2.89 lakhs

The Hungarian marque KEEWAY announced the price for its exciting new V-twin cruiser – the K-Light 250V. Since its unveiling, the K-Light 250v has received a massive response from customers and arrives at an exciting introductory price of INR 2,89,000 for Matte Blue, INR 2,99,000 for Matte dark Grey and INR 3,09,000 for Matte Black.  (Ex-showroom, India).

The muscular and rugged K-Light 250V comes with a powerful 249 cc V-twin at an extremely attractive price which includes a best-in-class 2-year unlimited KMS warranty as a standard offering. This brute of a machine also comes with the smart-tech-enabled solution – KEEWAY Connect. The integrated GPS unit with SIM card connects to the KEEWAY application and telecasts the whereabouts of the vehicle anywhere and anytime. An inbuilt battery powers the system and the vehicle can be accurately tracked to 2.5 meters of its vicinity and for up to 3 hours even with the unit disconnected from the main battery. Other key features of the application include – remote engine cut-off, setting up of a geo-fence, maintaining ride records, setting max speed limit, and sharing location information with friends on community rides. For assistance during an emergency, the panic button feature helps transmit real-time location to 2 pre-set contacts via the app and also sets the process to avail roadside assistance. 

Partnering with Adishwar Auto Ride India, KEEWAY would leverage Benelli’s 50+ dealer network across the country and the assembly plant that is well equipped to meet its ambitious growth plan.

KEEWAY K-LIGHT 250V 

The K-Light 250V is a rugged modern cruiser. It is the first cruiser in the 250cc segment to have a V-twin engine coupled with a Belt Drive System. These two qualities combine to provide the rider with excellent power to cruise over rough terrain, with a hassle-free ownership experience. The power-packed V-Twin produces a maximum power output of 18.7 HP at 8500 rpm and maximum torque of 19Nm at 5500 rpm for effortless acceleration. The motorcycle is equipped with dual-channel ABS along with front and rear disc brakes that ensure safety, reliability and durability.  

The K-Light 250V is a cruiser you will love to ride every day. The eye-popping performance is complemented by a comfortable stance and a contoured seat, resulting in the most relaxed riding position. The motorcycle comes with telescopic shock absorbers in the front and rear hydraulic suspension for an ultra-smooth ride.  

The K-Light 250V cruiser has muscular butch looks that complement the ride quality perfectly. The headlight cluster is a small LED affair, framed by a round DRL – a throwback to classic halogen headlamps. The tail cuts sharply after the LED brake lights, and this is made possible by the fender being mounted on the swingarm. 

The K-Light 250V comes with a large 20L fuel tank, making it the perfect partner to explore the city, as well as the winding trails of India, without having to worry about locating a fuel station.
