Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has announced wholesales of 10,759 units for the month of September 2023. Export wholesales stood at 8,305 units while domestic wholesales stood at 2454 units. Exports have shown significant year-over-year (YOY) growth for the month of September, increasing by 3,494 units, with an overall cumulative growth of 48% compared to the same period in FY22. This is the highest monthly wholesales for exports in the last four years building on the 1 million export unit milestone achieved in 2022.
Commenting on the development, Rakesh Srivastava, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said

Nissan as the official partner of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 introduced the Magnite KURO Special Edition to commemorate the partnership. The Nissan Magnite KURO Special Edition boasts an all-black exterior and interior, making a premium, imposing, and stylish statement, blend of elegance and sophistication. Showcasing an impressive and bold design, the exterior features an aesthetically pleasing all black grill, skid plate, roof rails, black alloys, headlamps with black finisher and a distinct badge contributes to KURO’s striking design.
The Big, Bold and Beautiful Nissan Magnite is exported to 15 global markets, with recent launches in Seychelles, Bangladesh, Uganda, and Brunei. In recent years, Nissan Motor India has shifted its primary export market from Europe to Middle Eastern countries such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. also recently announced the expansion of its network in India to 276 touchpoints, with the launch of multiple new showrooms and service workshops across India. The expanded footprint brings Nissan’s quality sales and service experience to customers in Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Gujarat regions with a total of 10 additional touchpoints. The new touchpoints extend the brand’s reach and reinforce its commitment to delivering exceptional value.
