Bajaj Auto Limited Reports Steady Growth in March 2025 Sales; Two-Wheeler Segment Leads Performance
Bajaj Auto Limited announced its sales performance for March 2025, showcasing consistent growth across its product portfolio, with the two-wheeler segment continuing to drive momentum.

March 2025 Sales Highlights:
- Two-Wheelers:
- Domestic sales stood at 1,83,659 units, marginally higher compared to 1,83,004 units in March 2024.
- Exports grew by 1%, reaching 1,32,073 units (March 2025) against 1,30,881 units (March 2024).
- Total two-wheeler sales (domestic + exports) rose to 3,15,732 units, marking a 1% increase year-on-year.
- Commercial Vehicles:
- Domestic sales increased by 1%, while exports surged by 11%, contributing to a 4% growth in total commercial vehicle sales.
- Overall Performance:
- Total sales (two-wheelers + commercial vehicles) for March 2025 reached 3,69,823 units, up by 1% compared to March 2024.

Year-to-Date (YTD) Performance (April 2024 – March 2025):
The two-wheeler segment demonstrated robust growth in the fiscal year, with:
- Domestic sales rising by 3% to 23,08,249 units.
- Exports witnessing a significant 13% growth, totaling 16,74,060 units.
- Total two-wheeler sales for the fiscal year stood at 39,82,309 units, reflecting a 7% increase compared to the previous year.
Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Executive Director of Bajaj Auto Limited, commented, “Our two-wheeler business continues to show resilience, with steady domestic demand and strong export performance. The growth in commercial vehicles, particularly in international markets, further reinforces our global footprint.”


The sales figures include contributions from Bajaj Auto Technology Limited (formerly Chetak Technology Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited.
