Reinstating Harley-Davidson’s commitment to the India market, the brand launched a limited-edition India inspired paint graphics on the Harley-Davidson Street 750 to commemorate 10-years of operations in the country. Only 300 exclusive units of the anniversary edition will be available at a price of INR 5,47,100 across dealerships in India. Harley-Davidson’s Street 750 range, is the first BS VI certified motorcycle from Harley-Davidson in India.

Harley-Davidson Motor Company also showcased the most anticipated electric vehicle LiveWire in India, today. The newly launched motorcycle is an exhilarating and evocative new model designed to offer the rider a high-performance motorcycling experience infused with a new level of technology, and premium looks of a Harley-Davidson product.

Harley-Davidson has consistently come up with the best in technology and design, setting new benchmarks for the industry.

On the occasion of celebrating 10 years in the country, Harley-Davidson also announced the launch of ‘10 on 10’ mobile application for H.O.G. members to take the power of the community to the next level. Taking the anniversary celebration to the riders, H-D India also plans to hold Anniversary rides across the country alongside anniversary offers across dealerships. A special merchandise for the 10th year anniversary will also hit the Harley-Davidson stores shortly. LiveWire will also be showcased at some key dealerships for customer activations, as part of the anniversary celebrations. More details on the anniversary activations are available on Harley-Davidson India.

LiveWire™ motorcycle specifications:

The Harley-Davidson® LiveWire™ motorcycle is equipped with a full suite of electronic rider aids and interfaces designed to allow the owner to create a personalized and fully connected riding experience. These features include the following:

  1. H-D™ Connect Cellular Connectivity

The LiveWire motorcycle is equipped with H-D™ Connect service technology that provides cellular connectivity that can link a LiveWire owner with their motorcycle through their smart phone using the latest version of the free Harley-Davidson™ App. The H-D App is available in the iOS and Android app stores and core functions (turn-by-turn directions, ride planning, dealer and event locations) of the app are included with the free download. H-D Connect transmits key vehicle health information through the H-D App and provides the owner with the reassurance of being able to remotely monitor their motorcycle’s security, including tamper alerts on the H-D App and stolen-vehicle assistance.

  • Motorcycle status
  • Tamper alerts and stolen vehicle tracking service
  • Service reminders and notifications
  1. Color Touchscreen

A 4.3-inch color TFT touchscreen (thin-film-transistor, a type of liquid-crystal display noted for high image quality and contrast) located above the handlebar offers the rider a wide range of information on a display that’s bright and easy to read. The display unit is tilt-adjustable to afford most riders an optimal viewing angle and the screen brightness adjusts automatically. The touchscreen only functions when the motorcycle is not moving but many of the display options can be changed using the hand control joysticks while riding.

  1. Reflex™ Defensive Rider Systems

The LiveWire model is equipped with Reflex Defensive Rider Systems (RDRS), a collection of technology designed to match motorcycle performance to available traction during acceleration, deceleration and braking. The systems are designed to aid the rider in controlling the vehicle while accelerating and braking in a straight line or while in a turn. A rider may find the systems most helpful when riding in adverse road conditions and in urgent situations. The systems are electronic and utilize the latest chassis control, electronic brake control and powertrain technology.

  • Cornering Enhanced Antilock Braking System (C-ABS)
  • Cornering Enhanced Traction Control System (C-TCS)
  • Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS)
  1. Ride Modes

The LiveWire model offers seven selectable Ride Modes that electronically control the performance characteristics of the motorcycle and the level of electronic intervention. Four of the modes are pre-programmed and three are customizable by the owner. Each Ride Mode consists of a specific combination of power (which dictates the maximum rate of acceleration), regeneration (felt as a braking effect when off-throttle), throttle response, and traction control settings.

Street™750 limited edition specifications:

On the Street™ 750, get the power of the Revolution X™ engine and the confidence and quick handling of a nimble chassis, dialed-in suspension and optional ABS brakes. Plus, it features a premium tank medallion and two-tone paint option to compliment the silver engine fins and machined highlights on the wheel.

750 cc liquid cooled revolution X engine

The blacked out, liquid cooled v-twin engine is built to conquer the hot and heavy traffic of urban streets. You can count on smooth response to the progressive throttle when you want to get through any pothole that opens up in front of you.

Anti-lock Brakes (ABS)

The sophisticated, factory installed ABS gives you confidence in the saddle knowing your bikes going to behave when you need it.

Light lift off force

Lifting the H-D Street 750 up off the side stands easy, thanks to its low weight and low centre of gravity. It makes pulling out from the curb feel as effortless as putting your thumb to the starter button.

Dark, Aggressive custom look

Sports an all-black two into one exhaust, black cast aluminum wheels, blacked out front end with a café inspired speed screen, and a chrome medallion made of steel on the fuel tank.
