Hyundai i20 to get touchscreen infotainment system
South Korean car manufacturer Hyundai is going to introduce touchscreen infotainment system to its popular Hyundai i20. The infotainment system would be factory fitted and shall be featuring satellite navigation system in addition to audio and telephonic features.
It is interesting to note that the touchscreen version of Hyundai i20’s launch will coincide the launch of Honda’s much advertised Jazz. The price point of touchscreen enabled Hyundai i20 and Honda Jazz almost matches. The fact that Honda Jazz is getting full fledged feature rich equipment package could have triggered Hyundai to introduce all fancy bells and whistles on its new variant of i20 to stay head-to-head in this competition against Jazz.
When the car goes for sale, Honda Jazz and Hyundai i20 shall be the only cars in the segment to offer touchscreen infotainment systems.
You can expect the new Hyundai i20 variant featuring the touchscreen infotainment system on July.
