India Kawasaki Motors Pvt. Ltd. (IKM) has announced a significant price revision for its motorcycle lineup in India. The company has passed on the full benefit of the GST rate reduction to its customers, making its entire 350cc and below motorcycle range more accessible. The new pricing, which sees a positive change for entry-level bikes and a price hike for larger ones, is effective from September 22, 2025.
The GST Council’s decision to reduce the tax on two-wheelers under 350cc from 28% to 18% has been welcomed by manufacturers. However, motorcycles with engine capacities above 350cc will now face a new, higher GST rate of 40%, which will lead to a price increase.
