Lamborghini Unveils the Fenomeno: The Most Powerful V12 in History
Lamborghini has once again pushed the boundaries of automotive engineering and design with the introduction of the ‘few-off’ Lamborghini Fenomeno. Revealed during Monterey Car Week 2025, this limited-edition hybrid supercar is a “design manifesto” that takes the brand’s signature style to the extreme while celebrating the 20th anniversary of Lamborghini Centro Stile.

Unprecedented Power and Performance
The Fenomeno is a true powerhouse, equipped with the most potent V12 engine ever created by Lamborghini. Its hybrid powertrain combines a naturally aspirated V12 engine with three electric motors to produce a total of 1,080 CV. The V12 engine alone delivers 835 CV, while the three electric motors contribute an additional 245 CV. This exceptional power results in mind-blowing performance figures: the Fenomeno can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds and 0 to 200 km/h in 6.7 seconds. Its top speed exceeds 350 km/h.
The vehicle’s incredible performance is supported by several innovative technical solutions, including a 6D sensor and CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brakes, marking their first appearance on a Lamborghini. The car also boasts the best weight-to-power ratio in the brand’s history at
1.64 kg/CV.

A Bold and Innovative Design
The Fenomeno’s design is a testament to Lamborghini’s unique DNA, showcasing a “hyper-elegant” theme with a longtail proportion. The front of the car features a bold look with large air intakes inspired by racing models like the Huracán GT3. The new Automobili Lamborghini logo, introduced in 2024, makes its debut on the Fenomeno. The car’s side profile reinterprets the classic Lamborghini silhouette with a single line that flows from the front hood to the rear, reminiscent of the Essenza SCV12’s ‘long tail’.
Inside, the cabin reflects a “hyper-design” concept, with a focus on a “Feel like a pilot” philosophy. Carbon fiber is a key material, used for the center console, door panels, and bucket sports seats. The instrument cluster’s air vents were even created using 3D printing technology.
Advanced Aerodynamics and Technology
The Fenomeno features a sophisticated aerodynamic system designed to optimize performance. The S-Duct system on the front increases aerodynamic load, while air curtains reduce drag. The concave roof profile directs airflow to the engine hood for cooling and to the mobile rear wing for stability at high speeds. The car’s new door design also plays a crucial aerodynamic role, directing air to the large side intakes for component cooling.
To manage its powerful dynamics, the Fenomeno incorporates an integrated control system centered around a 6D sensor, which is a first for Lamborghini. This sensor provides real-time measurements of acceleration and angular velocity on all three axes, allowing for precise estimations of the vehicle’s speed and other factors.
Limited Edition and Exclusive Features
Only 29 units of the Fenomeno will be produced, continuing Lamborghini’s tradition of limited-edition vehicles, which began with the Reventón in 2007. The car’s name, Fenomeno, comes from a famous bull that was pardoned in a bullfight in 2002 for its exceptional qualities.
For an even higher level of exclusivity, customers can personalize their Fenomeno through the Lamborghini Ad Personam program, with a choice of over 400 exterior colors and an almost unlimited range of interior options.
