India’s most desirable luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz India today launched two new Luxury SUVs, the new GLA SUV and the Performance oriented AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé in India. With more than 14,000 units sold, the GLA is one of the most successful SUVs for Mercedes-Benz India, and a desirable stepping-stone into the brand’s aspirational and most comprehensive SUV range. The AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe on the other hand is a stylish addition to Mercedes-AMG’s SUV portfolio range. This new performance SUV Coupé will diversify Mercedes-Benz GLE portfolio, by catering to AMG customers desiring for a luxurious, stylish, performance SUV Coupé, which is also highly practical.
Mercedes-Benz India also unveiled the one-of-its kind Concept EQG, underlining commitment to an all-electric future. The unveiling of the Concept EQG precedes the launch of the EQG, thereby readying the legendary ‘G’ to embrace an all-electric future in India. Visually, the concept car is a combination of G-Class’ striking look with select design elements characteristic of Mercedes-Benz’s EV models, presented in a contrasting highlight.
