Toyota and Suzuki recently announced that they have agreed to collaborate and work together which involves platform and technology sharing between the companies. The very first product from this collaboration is expected to come in the form of Toyota Glanza – a brand new hatchback which is based on Baleno – Maruti Suzuki’s best-seller in the premium hatchback category.
The expected unveiling date of new Toyota Glanza is 26th April 2019 and the Toyota dealerships have already been instructed to arrange the new cars for customer test drives. The new Glanza which borrows everything from Baleno including the looks and technology shall only differ in few styling details in the front to match the design language of Toyota and badging.

The full fledged official launch of new Toyota Glanza / equivalent premium hatchback launch will happen on 6th June 2019.
