Volkswagen Passenger Cars India today announced the introduction of two more new touchpoints in the state of Karnataka – Shivamogga and Bangalore South. A network offensive strategy that has been deployed to strengthen its Brand presence and be more accessible for customers across India.
The new touchpoints in Karnataka enhance the total network strength in the region to 18 sales and 15 service touchpoints. It adds to the recently inaugurated touchpoints in Belagavi, Davanagere and Vijayapura. The new sales and service touchpoints will fortify the relationship between Volkswagen and it’s prospective & existing customers in the region.
The sales touchpoints will showcase Volkswagen India’s premium, fun-to-drive and German-engineered carlines, along with offering the highest standards of safety features. Whereas the service touchpoints will cater to the after-sales requirements of customers ensuring a peace of mind ownership experience.
The new Bangalore South (Sales and Service) touchpoint is operated under the adept leadership of Mr. Arun Uppuswamy, Managing Director, KUN Motors Pvt. Ltd. with a team of 80 sales and service personnel that will look after customer requirements. The Shivamogga touchpoint (3S) with a 12-member team will be functioning under the guidance of Mr. PV Jayaram, Managing Director, KPR Cars Pvt. Ltd.
