Maruti Suzuki launches Maruti Care App for Android, iOS and Windows

Maruti Suzuki has unveiled a self-care mobile application called “Maruti Care” for different phone platforms like Android, iOS and Windows Phone. “Maruti Care” application can be downloaded free of charge from respective app stores. The application enables car owners to have better control over different services offered by Maruti. The application helps you store all customer service needs like car service/maintenance & dealer networks etc.

Maruti Suzuki Connect

Service Appointment– With the help of this option, one can book their car’s service appointment at any of the Maruti Suzuki Dealer.
Locate a Dealer Workshop – One can spot the nearest Maruti Dealer on Google Maps from the existing location. Details of the dealers like city, workshop, pin code, address and contact information can be obtained.
My Service Records – Complete history of services done to your vehicle and visits to dealer Workshops can be stored and accessed.
Cost on Maintenance– One can track the cost of maintenance of the car on yearly basis for scheduled/ unscheduled Services and even for body repairs.
Service Feedback– Service experience can be shared using this option.
Service Cost Calculator– Get an estimated cost of your next scheduled service and other demand jobs (if required).

Maruti Assist

Service Tips– Maximize your car’s life through some intelligent driving & maintenance tips. Also get information about various alerts & indicators in your car.
Traffic and Weather– Know the live traffic conditions between your destinations before getting on the move. Local weather conditions can also be seen.
GPS Trip Meter– Trips from one destination to another can be recorded and saved for future references.
Service Due Reminder– Know when your car is due for next scheduled service and set reminder accordingly.
Vehicle Finder– Save GPS enabled location & images of your car while parking in vast crowded places and find it with the route shown by the app.

My Maruti

• My Details– This option helps fetch the personal information as registered with Maruti Suzuki. This can be very handy at times. You can also update these address by walking in to nearest Maruti Dealer.
• My Vehicles– This option helps you fetch all the car information as registered with Maruti Suzuki. The same could be modified from the nearest Maruti Dealer.
• My Documents– One can save their personal car documents like PAN Card, Driving License, RC Book and more. You could also set date of expiry with reminder so that it could be renewed on time.
• Notifications– Different types of notifications like reminders for document renewal, service appointment date and time etc. appears here for your reference.
