Bajaj Pulsar NS150 launch in September; Photos and Details

India’s popular 2-Wheeler manufacturer, Bajaj Auto will be launching the new Pulsar 150NS in India. Reliable sources like CarBlogIndia has confirmed that the new Bajaj Pulsar 150NS bike will be launched in India in September 2016. As of now, Bajaj Auto has been only exporting the new Pulsar NS150 to markets like Mexico, Thailand and Turkey.

There are too many similarities between the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 150cc variant and the 200NS. Although, the Pulsar 200 NS was available in the market in the past, the bike is no longer in sale. The leaked brochure reveals that Bajaj would be re-launching the 200NS along with the upcoming 150NS. The price of new Bajaj Pulsar 150NS is expected to be INR 75,000.

In the year 2015, 3 important models were launched – Pulsar RS200, Pulsar AS200 and Pulsar AS150. The Pulsar AS150 riders can observe the similar aesthetics in 150NS. The all new Bajaj Pulsar 150NS will take on its competitors like Suzuki Gixxer 155, Honda Hornet 160R etc.

Price of new Bajaj Pulsar 150NS

When the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS is officially announced in India, the bike is expected to be priced around INR 75,000. As we know, the price of existing Bajaj Pulsar 150AS is INR 78,000/-.

New Bajaj Pulsar 150NS Engine and Performance

The Bajaj Pulsar 150NS will be powered by new-generation 149.5cc, single-cylinder, air cooled engine that will be shared with the AS150. This engine benefits from DTSi technology and the bike is mated to a 5-Speed Manual Transmission gearbox. The engine of the bike boasts a maximum power of 17 PS @ 9,000 RPM and a peak torque of 13 Nm at 7,500 RPM.
