South Korea based Kia Motors has set-up a new manufacturing facility in Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh. The company recently conducted the Trial Production Ceremony with the august presence of Mr. Kookhyun Shim, MD & CEO, Kia Motors India and Mr Chandrababu Naidu, Hon’ble Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, India. The car was seen half camouflaged – The car will be officially launched in the month of July and should entice the Indian customers for the festive season. Recently Kia Motors India partnered with 8 financial institutions in India to provide loan facility to customers.
Kia SP2i is a compact SUV and the expected price range is between Rs 8 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs. Kia SP2i is going to replace the choices of Maruti Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Creta, Mahindra XUV300 and Tata Nexon.
