Kia’s core models, Sonet and Seltos, continued to drive overall sales performance, with 7,194 and 6,470 units sold, respectively. The Kia Carens, a consistent performer, also contributed significantly with 5,522 units sold. Meanwhile, the Kia Carnival, a premium offering, maintained strong demand with 293 units dispatched, underscoring the appeal of Kia’s luxury segment.

Kia India’s success is further reflected in its growing global presence, with the company exporting 1,454 units of its ‘Made in India’ vehicles to 70 international markets. This reinforces the high-quality, innovative nature of Kia’s offerings, which are tailored to meet the diverse needs of global customers.

Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing at Kia India, commented,

“The first month of the year is crucial for any OEM as it sets the momentum for the months ahead. We’ve had a strong start in 2025 with the launch of the Kia Syros, which has garnered a tremendous response from customers. Additionally, our premium offering, the Kia Carnival Limousine, continues to gain traction in its segment. These responses testify to Kia’s commitment to design and technological advancement, ensuring we meet customer preferences while continuously innovating to provide the best-in-class mobility solutions across all segments.”

The Kia Syros, priced starting at INR 8.99 lakh, underscores the company’s commitment to delivering futuristic, accessible mobility solutions to the mass market. Kia India remains focused on creating high-quality, innovative vehicles, driving growth, and expanding its footprint in both the domestic and international automotive landscapes.
