India Kawasaki Motors Pvt. Ltd. (IKM) proudly announced the launch of the All New MY26 Kawasaki Versys 1100. This adventure-touring motorcycle is designed to provide the ultimate riding experience on any road, from city streets to long-distance highways. The model is built for riders who demand both comfort and excitement on every ride.

Mr. Yutaka Yamashita, Managing Director of India Kawasaki Motors Pvt. Ltd., emphasized that the motorcycle ensures every ride is truly exceptional, blending Kawasaki’s legendary adventure-touring heritage with a powerful 1,099 cc engine, advanced electronics, and superior comfort.

Pricing and Availability

The all-new MY26 Kawasaki Versys 1100 is launched at an ex-showroom price starting at INR 13,89,000/−.

  • Colour Option: The Versys 1100 will be available in “Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray / Metallic Diablo Black”.
  • Commencement: Deliveries will commence from October 15, 2025.

The engine’s larger displacement offers well-rounded performance, superb throttle response, and strong torque at all rpm, particularly in the low-mid range. Improved fuel economy is achieved through revised engine components and optimized gear ratios. The rigid Aluminium Twin-tube Frame utilizes the engine as a stressed member, contributing to a firm, planted feeling and light, nimble turning.

The Versys 1100 is purpose-built for comfort and adventure-touring, integrating advanced electronics for a seamless riding experience.

  • Suspension: The long-travel suspension is designed to handle uneven roads comfortably. The rear uses a Horizontal Backlink.
    • Front Wheel Travel: 150 mm.
    • Rear Wheel Travel: 152 mm.
  • Braking & Safety: The braking system is integrated with KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System), Kawasaki’s supersport-grade brake management system.
    • KCMF (Kawasaki Cornering Management Function) monitors engine and chassis parameters (using an IMU) to modulate brake force and engine power, assisting riders in tracing their intended line through corners.
    • KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control) offers three selectable modes for enhanced sport riding or confidence on low-traction surfaces.

    • Cruise Control: The motorcycle is equipped with Electronic Cruise Control.
