The company registered total sales of 66,840 units for the month, marking a significant 9.1% year-on-year increase compared to the same period last year.

Domestic Market Performance

In the domestic market, HMIL achieved sales of 50,340 units in November 2025. This represents a steady growth of 4.3% year-on-year. This performance highlights the sustained demand for Hyundai’s product portfolio in India despite market fluctuations.

Strong Export Growth

A key highlight of the November 2025 sales report is the substantial rise in exports. HMIL exported 16,500 units during the month, registering a massive 26.9% year-on-year growth. This surge aligns with the company’s strategic goal to position itself as a global manufacturing hub, reinforcing India’s role in its global supply chain.

New Venue Boosts SUV Portfolio

The newly launched Hyundai VENUE has emerged as a significant volume driver for the company. Within just one month of its launch, the all-new compact SUV clocked over 32,000 bookings. This strong customer response has further bolstered HMIL’s contribution to the SUV segment.

Executive Commentary

Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer of HMIL, attributed the positive sales momentum to the impact of GST 2.0 reforms implemented in September 2025. He noted that the tax rationalization has benefited the company’s pricing strategy and overall market positioning. Garg also emphasized that the sharp growth in exports solidifies India’s standing as a key export hub for Hyundai globally.
