Toyota Kirloskar Motor Signs MoU with Government of Karnataka to Establish TKM Bizintel Hub
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has officially announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Karnataka to establish the “TKM Bizintel Hub”. This strategic agreement facilitates the expansion of TKM’s Indian operations through the development of the new facility in KWIN City, Bangalore. The newly proposed TKM Bizintel Hub will span a 300-acre land parcel. This facility is designated to support various strategic manufacturing operations, specifically the testing and evaluation of advanced mobility solutions, digital transformation across operations, and the execution of intelligent manufacturing processes. By establishing this center, TKM intends to utilize India’s specialized engineering workforce and robust information technology sector to elevate the country’s status within Toyota’s global production framework.

The hub will be situated within KWIN (Knowledge, Wellbeing, and Innovation) City. This integrated smart city is being actively developed by the Government of Karnataka along the Doddaballapur–Dabaspet Highway, prioritizing investments in healthcare, information technology, and broader innovation sectors.
