Tata Motors, the Indian automobile manufacturer has opened a new chapter in Indian automobile industry by launching the all new Tata Nexon SUV at a mouth-watering price of Rs 5.85 Lakhs only. Tata Nexon which brands itself as lifestyle SUV is the most awaited car this year in the SUV Space. Mr Guenter Butschek, CEO of Tata Motors India said during the launch that Tata Nexon is an example for an engineering marvel in this generation. Tata Nexon SUV gets an aggressive design that appeals the youth crowd where more than 65% of Indian car buyers falls under the age group of 35. Tata Motors CEO said that the Nexon launch could further accelerate the growth of auto-industry in India, especially in the SUV space.
It is also important to know that SUV segment in India has beaten the sedan segment.
Tata Nexon Exterior Design
The newly introduced Tata Nexon gets an eye-popping design and is appealing because of its prominent dual-tone sonic silver body. The design is entirely distinct and follows Tata Motors’ impact design philosophy.

Tata Nexon Interior Design
Tata Nexon interior featured layered 3-tone dashboard and gets best-in-class bootspace. Just like Tiago hatchback, Tata Nexon Interiors too is offered with lot of multi-functional storage areas/ chill boxes.
Tata Nexon Power Train
The all new Tata Nexon is available in both petrol and diesel engine variants. Nexon gets 1.5 litre turbocharged diesel engine and also a 1.2L petrol engine. Both petrol and diesel variants of Tata Nexon is married to a 6-speed gearbox. Nexon also features multi-drive modes like ECO, City and Sport.
