Bajaj V15 bookings cross 3000; Delivery starts from 23rd March
Since the Bajaj V15‘s unveiling for the first time, the motorcycle has gotten over 3000 bookings till today. The booking are already open across different selected dealerships across the country and Bajaj will deliver the bikes from 23rd March onwards. At the moment, motorcycles are being dispatched to dealerships only across India.
The Bajaj company is positioning the new V15 motorcycle at the top end of the commuter motorcycle, and not as a 150cc entry-level sports motorcycle. The ex-showroom price of Bajaj V15 is INR 61,000 and one has to buy additional accessories worth INR 999 that includes additional accessories like crash guard, saree guard, cafe racer pillion cowl as well as grab rails.
The Bajaj V15 motorcycle is powered by 149.5cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve, DTS-i petrol engine. The V15’s engine is capable of producing 12 PS of power at 7,500 RPM and 13 Nm of torque at 5,500 RPM.
Bajaj said that it is expecting to produce around 20,000 units of V15 every month.
We are still not aware how much quantity of INS Vikrant metal is going into bike’s body or fuel tank. It is an impressive marketing strategy from Bajaj to sell more and more INS Vikrant inspired V15 bikes.
