Consistently setting new benchmarks, HMSI has achieved a remarkable feat by crossing the 15 million customers mark, solidifying its position as a trusted and preferred choice for prospective two-wheeler customers in this region.
While HMSI took more than 17 years to add the first 10 million customers in the western market which consists of three states – Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa, it garnered the last 5 million customers in just under 6 years. Noteworthy, the love & trust of customers has grown exponentially on the back of increased number of touchpoints, expansion of both RedWing and BigWing product portfolio, reliable customer service and enhanced customer connect.

The company commands an overall market share of 36.4% in the two-wheeler market in the western region (including both scooters and motorcycles). Also, as customers are now becoming tech-savvy and enquire online for bookings and purchase of the vehicles, HMSI has ramped up its digital marketing efforts to meet customer aspirations while ensuring enhanced experience across its dealerships at the same time.
