Mahindra Electric, Mahindra Group’s Electric arm, today announced that the name of its eagerly awaited new electric car would be e2o Plus. The name is an amalgamation of e2o which stands for energy to oxygen and Plus for the positive contributions that the car will make in the lives of customers.
Mahindra e2o Plus Launch Soon
The e2oPlus is the next generation electric car from Mahindra Electric and is expected to be launched soon. Apart from the standard electric car benefits like zero emissions, low running costs, ease of driving and home charging, the e2oPlus features superior styling, an increased range and fast charging capability.
According to Pravin Shah, Director, Mahindra Electric,
The e2oPlus is all about positive additions. We have incorporated additional space – something that would delight our customers. We have also added extra range and fast charging, among other very interesting ‘pluses’. I am confident that this new model will be a game changer not only in the electric vehicles segment but also among all other categories of cars
Is e2o Plus a 4-door Electric car from Mahindra?
We had recently reported about Mahindra e2o with 4-doors being spotted in Bangalore. It is very likely that the Four door e2o will be assigned this newly christened name Mahindra e2o Plus (e2oPlus)

The price details of Mahindra e2o Plus has not been revealed yet. As of now only the teaser photos of e2oPlus and spy photos of Mahindra e2oPlus 4-door vehicle is available.
