Škoda Auto India continues its aggressive network expansion strategy with the inauguration of three new customer touchpoints in Bengaluru. Launched in partnership with Karr Motor Ventures Pvt. Ltd., these new facilities are designed to enhance the brand’s accessibility and service quality in the southern region of India.
The expansion includes two state-of-the-art showrooms and a comprehensive aftersales facility, reinforcing Škoda’s commitment to getting closer to its customers.
New Facilities Overview
The newly launched touchpoints are strategically located to serve customers across different parts of the city:
- JP Nagar Showroom: Spread across 3,100 sq. ft., this facility can display up to six cars, offering a premium environment for customers to explore the Škoda range.
- Magadi Road Showroom: Also featuring a 3,100 sq. ft. area with a six-car display space, this showroom extends the brand’s reach to another key locality.
- Bannerghatta Road Service Facility: A massive 14,600 sq. ft. aftersales facility equipped with 13 service bays, designed to provide top-notch maintenance and repair services.
Strengthening the Network in Karnataka
With these additions, Škoda Auto India’s network in Karnataka has grown to 32 customer touchpoints across 12 cities. The brand now has a presence in key locations including Belgaum, Bellary, Bengaluru, Davanagere, Hassan, Hubballi, Kalaburagi, Mangalore, Mysore, Shivamogga, Tumkur, and Udupi.
Nationwide, the company’s network now stands at 320 touchpoints across 180 cities, a significant leap from over 120 touchpoints in 2021.
