Suzuki has officially launched its Burgman Street in India. The scooter has been priced at Rs. 68,000/- (ex-showroom) and has begun arriving at the Suzuki dealerships.
The Suzuki Burgman comes with a ton of features including an all-LED headlamp, a fully-digital instrument cluster, LED tail lamps, aluminium pillion footrests, flexible foot position for rider, mobile charging socket and a generous amount of storage space. The main attraction is obviously the large imposing design that it borrows from its elder siblings which are already on sale globally.
Suzuki Burgman Street is powered by Access 125 sourced 124.3cc engine which makes 8.58 HP at 6500 RPM and 10.2 Nm at 5000 RPM. Scooter gets disc at the front and a drum unit at the rear. Combined braking system (CBS) comes as standard as the scooter is an all new product. The CBS will lead to the rider’s action of depressing one of the brake levers getting applied on both front and rear brakes.
The Suzuki Burgman Street looks promising and will now go against the likes of the sporty Aprilia SR 125, the Honda Grazia , Activa 125 and the TVS Ntorq 125 .
