TVS Motor Company is tracking momentum by the recently launching the high-end bike Apache RR 310, the first product from the TVS Motor-BMW Motorrad alliance meant for sub-500cc bikes.
The company has managed to sell more than 3,000 units in the past few months. TVS has set a target to sell minimum 10,000 units in the first full year of launch.
The bike is priced at Rs. 2,23,000/- (ex-showroom) making it the most expensive TVS bike on sale Today. TVS Apache RR310 is powered by a 312cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected engine which produces 33.5 BHP and 27.3 Nm of peak torque.
At 2.23 lakhs the closest rival for the TVS RR 310 is the KTM RC 390 , considering the group looking for a fully faired premium sportsbike within 500 cc . KTM RC 390 is retailed at 2.35 lakhs (ex- showroom ) which is hardly 10 k more than the TVS .
