In lieu of the outbreak of the 2nd wave of COVID-19, India Yamaha Motor (IYM), as a responsible company, believes in empowering and protecting customer rights. Given the conditions that have resulted in movement restrictions, customers may struggle to service their vehicles on time or even avail warranty benefits that may expire during the lockdown situation.
Hence, as a part of our Yamaha Lifetime Quality Care approach, we are extending benefits related to service and warranty that were committed by us to our customers, till 30th June 2021, from the date of expiry, as a gratitude towards a long-lasting relationship with our customers.
The following services will be extended:
● Free service: Services expiring during the lockdown, will be extended till 30th June 2021.
● Normal warranty: Normal warranty expiring during the lockdown, will be extended till 30th June 2021.
● Extended warranty: Expiring during the lockdown, will be extended till 30th June 2021.
● Annual maintenance contract: Expiring during the lockdown, will be extended till 30th June 2021.
All Yamaha dealerships have also been notified to ensure that these benefits are passed on to our customers in a hassle-free manner.
