2017 Hero Glamour SV – All you need to Know
India’s No.1 two wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has renamed its popular 125cc motorcycle Hero Glamor to Hero Glamor SV. New Hero Glamour which was developed at Hero’s R&D facility in Jaipur first launched globally in January 2017 by entering the Argentina market. The same motorcycle was launched here in India in April 2017 with the name “2017 Hero Glamour” and now the company has rebranded the model as Glamour SV. The older HeroGlamour version also seems to be present in the portfolio.
2017 Hero Glamour SV Specifications
The 2017 Hero Glamour SV is powered by 124.7cc engine that comes mated to a 4-speed manual transmission gearbox. Glamour SV’s engine is capable to churn out 11.4 bhp of maximum power and has a peak torque output of 11 Nm. The power and torque figures offered by Glamour SV is way better than the older version of Glamour. The older Glamour model offers 9.1 PS of power and 10.35 Nm torque. The engine of Glamour SV is BS4 compliant and the motorcycle with fuel injected version will be also compliant to upcoming BS6 norms as well.
2017 Hero Glamour SV Colors
2017 Hero Glamour SV has variety of color option. The color options of 2017 Hero Glamour SV ( Carburetted verison) includes:
- Candy Blazing Red andBlack
- Black and Sports Red
- Black and Techno Blue
- Black and Tornado Grey
The fuel injected version of 2017 Hero Glamour gets all the above colors except the Black and Techno Blue color.
2017 Hero Glamour SV Price
Hero sells considerable amount of FI version of new Hero Glamour which is priced at INR 63,580 (ex-showroom, Delhi), The FI variant of Glamour also happens to be one of the most accessible fuel injected motorcycle in the country.
The price of carburetted version of Hero Glamour SV starts at INR 57,755 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the drum brake variant and is priced at INR 59,775 (ex-showroom Delhi) for front disc brake version .
