India Kawasaki Motors Pvt. Ltd. (IKM) announces the launch of a new MY23 Ninja 650 updated  with the KRTC (Kawasaki Traction Control) feature. The Ninja 650 will be available in “LIME  GREEN” and the price will be starting at INR 7,12,000/-(Ex-Showroom).

Kawasaki is no stranger to the pursuit of performance, excitement, and all-out fun, and nothing  embodies this philosophy more than the new MY23 Ninja 650 motorcycle. It is one of the most  well-balanced motorcycles Kawasaki has produced. Along with the renowned sleek Kawasaki  Ninja appearance, it offers the excellent refined engine and chassis performance and is easy to  handle.

Kawasaki’s sport and supersport motorcycle line-up are back stronger than ever for 2023 with  several models set to hit dealerships soon.

After Versys 650 KRTC upgradation, Ninja 650 is also equipped with Kawasaki TRaction  Control (KTRC) in the 650-cc segment. Kawasaki’s advanced traction control system provides  both enhanced sports riding performance and peace of mind under certain conditions to  negotiate low-traction surfaces with confidence.

The KRTC system looks at several parameters to get an accurate real-time picture and allows  riders to select between two modes to suit their riding situation and preference. Mode 1 is the  least intrusive, helping to manage traction during cornering and is designed with sport riding  in mind. In Mode 2, intervention occurs earlier, meaning when excessive wheel spin is detected  the engine output is reduced to allow grip to be regained. This helps riders navigate wet  pavement or bad stretches of road. Additionally, riders may elect to turn the system off.

Highlights of the MY23 Ninja 650 are:

  • The New KTRC (Kawasaki TRaction Control)
  • 649cc parallel-twin engine (Cleaner Emissions)
  • Sharper New styling with Twin LED Headlamps
  • 4.3” TFT colour instrumentation
  • Smartphone connectivity via RIDEOLOGY THE APP
  • Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport 2 tyres

Kawasaki motorcycles possess both power and grace so are often recognized as being different  from other bikes. This results from certain guiding principles adopted at the design stage.  Rideology is Kawasaki’s rider-centric development philosophy focused on how the riding  experience offered by a Kawasaki is crafted, ensuring that our machines are fun to ride and  rewarding to control. This approach has been the force behind many of our legendary machines  and in our pursuit of all possibilities. It will continue to guide the future creation of Kawasaki  motorcycles.
