Price and Availability

The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak is priced at INR 36,16,700 (Ex-Showroom India). Deliveries will begin immediately. The motorcycle is also E20 fuel compliant.

Performance and MotoGP-Derived Engine

The V4 Pikes Peak is engineered for maximum effect on challenging roads, borrowing technology and performance concepts directly from the Panigale V4 S and Streetfighter V4 S.

  • Engine: It features the lightweight, Euro5+ homologated 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine.
  • Power & Torque: The engine delivers 170 hp at 10,750 rpm and 123.8 Nm of maximum torque at 9,000 rpm.
  • Racing Tech: It features a counter-rotating crankshaft, derived from MotoGP experience, which works “against” the gyroscopic inertia of the wheels for better handling.
  • Fuel Efficiency: The 2025 model introduces an extended electronic deactivation strategy for the rear cylinder bank, which now operates even at low speeds to improve emissions and consumption.
  • Maintenance: The V4 Granturismo maintains benchmark maintenance intervals, with a valve clearance check required every 60,000 km.

Chassis and Ergonomics

The chassis is significantly optimized for sporty riding and precision, developed around the 17-inch forged aluminium front wheel and the single-sided swingarm.

  • Suspension: The bike uses Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 electronic suspensions (event-based logic), which self-regulate based on the rider’s style, similar to the Panigale V4 S.
  • Braking: It features a top-tier Brembo braking system with 330 mm diameter front discs and Brembo Stylema monobloc radial calipers.
  • Riding Position: Compared to the standard Multistrada V4, the Pikes Peak model features higher and more rearward footpegs, and lower, narrower handlebars to maximize control and optimize lean angles for sports riding.

Electronics and Safety Package

The 2025 Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak features an electronics package that is unique in the world, further raising the bar in sophistication.

  • Radar Technology: It comes standard with advanced front and rear radar technology , enabling Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), and the new Forward Collision Warning (FCW) functionality.
  • Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO): Ducati has developed the DVO functionality, capable of simulating the input of 70 sensors, which refines the strategies of the key electronic controls like ABS Cornering, DWC, and DTC.
  • Display: The motorcycle features a 6.5-inch (165 mm) colour TFT dashboard with an updated user interface.
  • Riding Modes: The intervention levels of each control are integrated into five Riding Modes: Race, Sport, Touring, Urban, and Wet.

Design Elements

The bike’s racing nature is clearly underlined by the new “Pikes Peak” livery, which is inspired by Ducati’s MotoGP, Superbike, and Motocross bikes.

Aesthetic elements include:

  • Numerous carbon fibre parts.
  • A homologated Akrapovič titanium silencer.
  • Low smoked plexiglass and gold anodization of the Öhlins fork sleeves.
