Indian Motorcycle, America’s First Motorcycle Company, has officially launched the next generation of its iconic Scout lineup in India. The all-new 2025 Indian Scout family features eight unique models, three trim levels, and a range of over 100 accessories for personalization. With the new Scout range starting at ₹12.99 lakh (ex-showroom), Indian Motorcycle aims to make its most iconic model more accessible to a wider group of Indian riders.

Engine and Performance

At the heart of the 2025 Scout lineup are two new V-twin engines:

  • SpeedPlus 1250: This liquid-cooled V-twin engine delivers 105 HP of power and more than 109 Nm of torque. It powers five models: the Scout Classic, Scout Bobber, Sport Scout, Super Scout, and the flagship 101 Scout.
  • SpeedPlus 999cc: This reintroduced engine powers the Scout Sixty Classic, Scout Sixty Bobber, and Sport Scout Sixty, making the Scout family more accessible. It delivers 85 HP and 87 Nm of torque through a 5-speed transmission.

Rider-Centric Features

Every aspect of the new Scout is built with the rider in mind. A low seat height of 680 mm and a lightweight design ensure nimble handling and a confident ride for both new and experienced riders. Standard ABS is included across the lineup for enhanced safety. Select models also feature advanced Traction Control and Ride Modes, allowing riders to customize their performance.

The 2025 Scout family is available in three technology trim levels:

  • Standard Trim: Includes ABS, new LED lighting, and an analog gauge with fuel level and fuel economy readouts.
  • Limited Trim: Adds features like Traction Control, Cruise Control, a USB charger, and three selectable ride modes (Sport, Standard, and Tour).
  • Limited +Tech Trim: The top-tier trim, which comes standard on the 101 Scout and Super Scout. It features a 101 mm touchscreen display powered by RIDE COMMAND, offering turn-by-turn navigation, ride stats, and more. It also includes a push-button, keyless ignition.
