Royal Enfield posted sales of 60,831 motorcycles in the month of March 2019, against the sales of 76,087 motorcycles over the same period last year.
Royal Enfield launches Bullet Trials Works Replica
Royal Enfield launched the Bullet Trials works replica inspired by its legacy at the Trials championships. The new motorcycle is a tribute to the 2949 Bullet Trials motorcycle ridden by Johnny Brittain, the legendary Royal Enfield factory rider across various trials championships. Johnny won 13 consecutive gold medals in 15 year on this motorcycle. The 2019 Bullet Trials motorcycle perfectly captures the look-and-feel of these early 1950’s models while offering modern features such as twin Disc ABS and EFI system. The Bullet Trials 500 will be powered by the 498cc UCE engine and the Bullet Trials 350 will be powered by the 348cc UCE engine.

Royal Enfield announced the formation of its first wholly-owned subsidiary in the Asia Pacific region, in Thailand. Thailand will also host Royal Enfield’s first assembly plant outside of India, which is planned to commence operations by June 2019.
