Mr.Girish Ramaswamy, Head of Engineering – Engine & Drivetrain Systems, Vitesco Technologies (Continental) & Chair, Organizing Committee, iTEC India 2019 said,

iTEC India is happening in Bangalore for the first time and brings together leaders from IEEE IAS U.S., SAE International and their Indian counterparts We also have thought leaders from across the country, OEMs, startups and other stakeholders coming together to discuss transportation electrification for the community. The event comes at an important time when India is transitioning to e-mobility and conferences such as iTEC are critical to enable this movement.

Dr. Arunkumar Sampath, General Manager, Validation, Proto-Build and Global EV Technology Centre, Mahindra Electric & Member, Steering committee, iTEC India commented that

the theme of iTEC India 2019, ‘e-Mobility Solutions for the Community’, is keeping in mind the rising India’s oil import bill and air-pollution.
