In February 2022, TKM had sold 8,745 units, while in January 2023, the company had sold 12,835 units. The February 2023 sales growth rate of 120% over January 2023 sales is a testament to the company’s success in attracting more customers.
Sales Performance in January-February 2023
The company has also posted a strong growth rate of 175% for the period of January-February 2023 as compared to the same period in the previous year. In the first two months of 2023, TKM sold 28,173 units, as compared to 16,073 units in January-February 2022.
Product Portfolio Performance
TKM’s Urban Cruiser Hyryder and All New Innova Hycross are leading the growth in sales, while other products like the Glanza, the Fortuner, and the Legender continue to perform well in the market. Additionally, the recent announcement of opening bookings for the Toyota Hilux has generated excitement and resulted in good orders from customers across the country.
Expansion of Dealer Network
To enhance their reach in the country, TKM introduced two new dealerships in February 2023 at Surat (Gujarat) and Bhiwandi (Maharashtra). These dealerships are expected to provide easy access to Toyota products and services to both existing and potential customers in the regions.
