KTM has commenced the Season 2 of their much awaited KTM RC Cup in India starting from Coimbatore. The RC Cup Season 2 got started officially in Coimbatore (selection rounds) from 22nd March ( Check the full schedule of KTM RC Cup Season 2). The KTM RC Cup will be held in 4 different Venues with Racetracks across the country – Coimbatore, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. The Grand finale of Season 2 Shall also happen in Kari Motor Speedway Racetrack located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The Austrian based motorcycle manufacturer KTM in partnership with Bajaj Auto has brought in fantastic motorcycles to India targeting the youth with adrenaline rush and loves racing. To ignite the spirits of racers and KTM owners, the company conducts KTM RC Cup annually across India. You may check coverage of KTM RC Cup Season 1 here which happened in Bangalore, India in 2023.
What’s new in 2024 KTM RC Cup Season 4?
In order to democratize racing, KTM has now opened up the RC Cup for even amateur motorcycle racers. The event started with a speech from Mr Paawan Tandon of KTM India joined by other racing and track experts at the Kari Racetrack. The event also saw an attendance of Season 2 runner-up. There were more than 100+ participants on Day 1 at Coimbatore during which even the media had an opportunity to experience the track and the RC Cup format.

The final winners will to go to all-expense paid trip to Austria to attend KTM Academy of Speed. CEAT and Castrol are co-sponsoring the RC Cup. The team at KTM revealed that the RC 390 is perfect for racing on track and mentioned about lean sensing cornering ABS.
