Renault India, the wholly owned subsidiary of the French automaker Renault Group, has reported a robust sales performance for the festive month of October 2025. The company registered wholesale figures of 4,672 units , marking an impressive 21% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to the 3,861 units sold in October 2024.
This strong performance allowed Renault to outpace the industry’s overall growth rate of 17.3% for the month. On a sequential basis, the company also achieved a healthy 9.54% increase over the 4,265 units sold in September 2025.

Festive Demand and Product Portfolio Success
The surge in sales was largely fueled by two primary factors: the successful launch of the new Triber and Kiger models , and the favorable impact of the GST 2.0 reforms.
Riding the wave of festive cheer, Renault saw a notable rise in dealership footfall across the country. This translated into a significant retail milestone, with 5,041 units registered in October 2025, according to VAHAN data—reflecting a 12.7% growth over the same period last year.

Mr. Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Renault India, commented on the success, saying, “October recorded a notable upswing in sales, driven by overwhelming customer response to the newly launched Triber and Kiger. The models have captured strong interest across urban and rural markets alike, reflecting renewed consumer confidence and vibrant demand during the festive season. We are confident this encouraging momentum will continue in the months ahead.”
