Ather first entered Sri Lanka in December 2024 with its flagship scooter, the Ather 450X, making it the brand’s second international market after Nepal. The company has rapidly expanded its footprint in the country, opening 19 Experience Centres, which are operated by its national distributor, Evolution Auto Pvt. Ltd. With a focus on establishing the ecosystem around EVs, Ather has also installed charging infrastructure in the country to support convenient and reliable EV ownership. For context, in India, Ather has a retail network of 446 Experience Centres and 3,997 Ather Grid fast chargers.

It also features an improved TrueRange™ and newly developed multi-compound tyres, designed in collaboration with MRF, to deliver enhanced efficiency, grip, and range. Ather’s presence in international markets is expanding; the company recently introduced its family scooter Rizta in Nepal.
