Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today announced its sales figures for the first quarter of 2025, reflecting a positive performance with 1,223 units retailed. This marks a 17% growth compared to Q1 2024, underscoring the brand’s growing demand in the luxury car market.

The impressive Q1, 2025 results highlight Audi India’s successful efforts to capitalise on its diverse product portfolio and renewed supply chain stability. Key contributors to this growth include the continued popularity of models such as the Audi Q7 and Audi Q8. This performance builds on the momentum from last year in which Audi India celebrated the milestone of 100,000 cars on Indian roads.

Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India said,

“We are pleased to commence 2025 on positive note with our result of the first quarter. This growth compared to the previous year same time underscores the confidence our customers have in brand Audi and the strength of our product portfolio. Having successfully navigated supply challenges in 2024, we are well-equipped to meet the increasing demand for luxury mobility in India. Our commitment remains steadfast in delivering exceptional products and experiences, as we strive for a positive performance in the year ahead.”

Audi Approved: plus, the brand’s pre-owned car business, continued its upward trajectory with an 23% growth in Q1, 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. Operating across 26 facilities in major hubs nationwide, this segment remains a cornerstone of Audi India’s strategy to cater to the increasing appetite for certified pre-owned luxury vehicles. The brand plans to expand this network going forward to enhance accessibility for our customers.

Audi India recently launched the ‘Audi RS Q8 Performance’ which is the most powerful SUV in Audi’s line-up and combines exceptional performance with everyday usability in the lap of luxury. The SUV has witnessed enthusiastic customer response and is sold out till Q3 2025.
