Ferrari opens New Showroom in New Delhi

Ferrari has relaunched itself in India by appointing ‘Select Cars Pvt Ltd.‘ as its exclusive dealer for North and Eastern India. GaadiKey was invited to Ferrari India’s official press launch on 30 November, 2015 at Select Cars’ new state-of-the-art Ferrari showroom-cum-service centre located at A-19 Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estates on the main Mathura Road, New Delhi. The launch started at midday with Mr Enrico Galliera, Senior Vice-President Commercial & Marketing, Ferrari SpA and Mr Yadur Kapur, Director, Select Cars Pvt. Ltd. inaugurating the showroom with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by the traditional Indian diya lighting to mark the momentous day for Ferrari in India. Check Ferrari’s official website and for more details on the legendary sportscar manufacturer.

The audience then moved inside the showroom pass the gleaming red California T (more details) with its retractable metal roof down into a very modern and plush press room. After a brief video on Ferrari’s heritage, Mr Galliera and Kapur sharing their thoughts on Ferrari’s re-foray into India and the significance of the brand itself, which is exclusivity (approximately 20 Ferrari cars to be sold in India for the financial year), customer-centric focus (high-end customer service and sales experience through the state-of-the-art showroom facilities with a Ferrari lounge) and endless individual customisation for each Ferrari sold through a dedicated customisation lounge. Mr Galliera then presented Mr Kapur a sculpture of Ferrari’s iconic prancing horse in bronze on behalf of Ferrari.

Unfortunately the latest greatest Ferrari, the 488 GTB  and Spider were not at hand which would have the event extra special and other notable absentees were the FF, F12 Berlinetta and the La Ferrari.

A last word and thanks to the extremely pleasant, efficient and approachable hosts from and on behalf of Ferrari, Select Cars and PR Pundit for providing a memorable Ferrari experience and hospitality.
