FCA India, the wholly owned subsidiary of the world’s seventh largest automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is offering Fiat customers car-check facility free of cost across India. The company has announced special discounts on a number of car-care jobs, select spare parts and labour as part of this week-long initiative before peak winter sets in. Kicked off on December 5, 2016, this Service initiative hands old and new Fiat car owners the opportunity to take advantage this benefit at any of the Fiat authorized workshops across the country till December 11, 2016.
On the initiative, Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA India said,
We organize such special Fiat Service Camps periodically throughout the year as part of our after-sales commitment to our customers. This gives us the opportunity to connect with Fiat car owners and offer them the best possible service solutions, in the shortest possible time. We encourage Fiat customers across India to take full benefit of such opportunities.
The current Free Winter Car Check Camp across the nation is designed to carry out comprehensive checks related to filters, battery, brakes, tyres, minor bodywork, HVAC, wiper blades, belts, hoses, engine performance and many other mechanical and electrical items. FCA is providing Fiat customers special discounts on spare parts and labour costs related to mechanical repairs.

As part of our sales and service commitment we are striving towards enhancing our brand, product and service experience for our existing as well as potential customers, through our available network across India.
FCA dealership executives are contacting existing customers through text messages and e-mails to inform them about this Winter Service Camp. The company is also promoting this initiative through its official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
