At a macroeconomic level, the outlook is positive thanks to good monsoon forecast. However, the industry needs to be exercise caution given the rising commodity and fuel prices that are expected to result in higher inflation.
Keeping its commitment to bring products that Indian customers want and value, Ford expanded the EcoSport vehicle line-up in May, with the introduction of EcoSport S & ‘Signature’ editions.
Donning trendier and sportier cues, both variants come equipped with power slide sun-roof, rechristened as the fun roof. Strengthening its petrol & fun-to-drive credentials, EcoSport S has been paired with Ford’s award-winning 1.0L EcoBoost engine, paired with a new six-speed MT, to woo driving enthusiasts.
As promised, Ford remains committed to meeting diverse needs of our customers and act on their feedback. The addition of sunroof, a feature that customers have been demanding, is an example of our commitment,
Mehrotra added.
