Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India which has a good share in rising Indian Market is attempting all possibility to get a reliable mark in India Market. In the earlier release of CB Unicorn 160 the Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has strengthen it 150-180 cc with this.
The New Unicorn 160 will start dispatching in the third week of January, so Unicorn will be first model of 2015. In terms of ten models in upcoming year seven models will be completely new and three products will be upgrades to existing ones.
In terms of low priced version the Keita Muramatsu the President and CEO of HMSI stated that “We are working on two models, a bike and a scooter, but there is no definite time frame set for the project”
According to him 150-180 cc sector is the most growing sector in Indian market and already Honda has CBR 150R , CB Trigger Model and Unicorn 160 in the current situation. Already Honda holds 20% of this sector.
