Honda Most trusted bike brand in India – ET Survey
Honda has topped the list of ET’s Most Exciting Bike Brands Survey of 2015 in the 2 wheelers category. Honda has been followed by 2 other well known brands – Hero and Yamaha. The survey was conducted across selected Indian cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Chennai. The age group who answered this survey is in between 15 to 26, who were asked to rate in the scale of 10.
When it comes to Most Exciting Bike Brands, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) topped this list. The brand occupied the 25th place in the top 100 list of overall brands in India. Hero also made it to the exciting bikes brands list by getting the second position and was ranked 41 on the overall list.
Yamaha got the 3rd spot in bikes list and 63rd on the overall list.
Harley-Davidson grabbed the 6th position in the list of most exciting motorcycle brands in India, but was placed at 79th position in the overall brand list. Suzuki Motorcycles (at 82nd place), KTM (at 88th place) and Royal Enfield (at 93rd place) were also listed . Kawasaki was ranked 10th in the 2 wheeler segment citing serious concerns for the company and didn’t make it to the list of top 100 brands.
