Mercedes-Benz India Celebrates One-Year Milestone of the New LWB E-Class with Special Edition and Post-GST 2.0 Pricing

Mercedes-Benz India is celebrating the first anniversary of its New Long Wheelbase (LWB) E-Class, the country’s best-selling luxury sedan. To mark the milestone, the company has introduced a unique ‘Verde Silver’ color. The New LWB E-Class has been a resounding success since its launch in October 2024, winning nine prestigious automotive awards.

According to Mr. Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, the New E-Class has set new benchmarks in luxury, comfort, technology, and performance, gaining the trust of thousands of customers. The special Verde Silver LWB E-Class will be available across all three variants: E200, E220d, and E450 4MATIC.

  • 3rd Generation MBUX Superscreen: The car features a revolutionary MBUX Superscreen with a Zero Layer interface, powered by AI capabilities. It offers enhanced digital interaction and personalization across five display styles.   • AI-Powered Personalization with Routines: The new MBUX UI uses artificial intelligence to learn and automate daily tasks with personalized “Routines,” making every journey intuitive.

Mercedes-Benz has announced the new pricing for the LWB E-Class after the implementation of GST 2.0. Customers will enjoy price benefits in the range of INR 6 lakhs on the new LWB E-Class. The new prices are as follows:

  • E200: Rs. 78.5 lakhs
  • E220d: Rs. 80.5 lakhs
  • E450 4MATIC AMG Line: Rs. 91.7 lakhs

The price reduction is particularly noteworthy across the brand’s diverse portfolio. Buyers of the flagship 2025 Mercedes-Benz S 450 4MATIC stand to save a massive Rs. 11 Lakhs, with the price dropping from Rs. 1.99 Cr. to Rs. 1.88 Cr. The popular SUV lineup also sees major benefits. The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450d AMG Line becomes Rs. 10 Lakhs cheaper, with its price revised to Rs. 1.34 Cr. from Rs. 1.44 Cr.
