Agra Welcomes Its First Mercedes-Benz Luxury Facility
The newly inaugurated ‘Prime Star Agra’ marks Mercedes-Benz’s debut in the city, offering a 32,000 sq. ft. showroom and workshop. Located strategically on NH-19, the facility is designed to cater to the affluent customer base in Agra and surrounding regions like Mathura, Aligarh, and Bareilly.
Key Highlights of Prime Star Agra:
- Ultra-Luxury Experience: Features an Exclusive Lounge, Ultra-Luxury Corner for models like the S-Class Maybach, and a Dedicated Handover Bay.
- Digital Innovations: Advanced digital tools for personalized consultations and an immersive customer journey.
- EV Readiness: Equipped with a 180KW fast charger, open to all electric car owners.
Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, emphasized Agra’s growing affinity for luxury vehicles, stating,

Faridabad Gets a Mega Service Hub
On 2nd April, Mercedes-Benz unveiled a sprawling workshop in Faridabad under T&T Motors. Spanning 72,000 sq. ft., the facility boasts:
- Express Services: A Premier Express Prime Service Bay with a 3-hour service commitment.
- Luxurious Amenities: High-end customer lounge, private consultation areas, and a 180KW fast charger.
- Scalability: Over 100 parking spaces and 23 service bays.

Expanding Horizons in Uttar Pradesh
Mercedes-Benz is set to strengthen its presence in Uttar Pradesh with upcoming facilities in Kanpur and Varanasi by Q3 2025. The brand already has a strong foothold in Lucknow, reflecting the state’s growing importance as a luxury vehicle market.
