The MG Windsor EV is an electric vehicle that aims to redefine luxury and comfort in travel. It features an Aeroglide™ design and offers a spacious interior with best-in-class rear legroom and a 2700 mm wheelbase. The car is equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and is available with two battery options: a 38 kWh or a 52.9 kWh prismatic cell battery. The 38 kWh battery provides an estimated range of 332 km on a single charge. With a 7.4 kW AC fast charger, it takes about 7 hours to charge from 10-100% , and with a 45 kW DC fast charger, it can go from 20-80% in approximately 45 minutes. The larger 52.9 kWh battery offers an estimated range of 449 km on a single charge. This battery takes about 9.5 hours to charge from 10-100% with a 7.4 kW AC fast charger and about 50 minutes to charge from 20-80% with a 60 kW DC fast charger.
The Pro variant further enhances safety with Autonomous Level-2 ADAS features like Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB). The Windsor EV also supports Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) technology, which allows the car’s battery to power external devices or another EV. - Range: The Pro model offers a range of 449 km on a single charge.
- ADAS Functions: The Autonomous Level 2 system includes 12 ADAS functions with haptic, audio, and visual warnings to enhance safety and comfort. These features include Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
