Polaris to showcase DAGOR and MRZR 4 at Defexpo India 2016

Polaris India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Industries Inc. the world leader in Off-Road and All-Terrain Vehicles is all set to display its might in ultra-light vehicle range through DAGOR™and MRZR™4 at the biennial Land, Naval and Internal Homeland Security Systems Exhibition, Defexpo India 2016. Polaris will also showcase SPORTSMAN® BIG BOSS 6X6and RANGER® 6X6 800 at the Defexpo to be held in Goa from 28 – 31 March 2016.

DAGOR™ –DAGOR’s unique design allows for ease of operation, maintenance and sustainment in support of combat operations. The vehicle uses a readily available commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) driveline, controls and components streamlining mechanic and operator training. The diesel/JP8 COTS engine was selected for its combination of power, weight and size.

MRZR™ 4-The MRZR™ is a highly mobile off-road platform that is CV-22 internally transportable and can be configured a number of ways to help expeditionary forces meet mission requirements for emerging threats, while forward deployed.

SPORTSMAN® BIG BOSS 6X6-Polaris Sportsman® Big Boss 6×6 features a rare 6×6 drive system, powering all 6 of its wheels to help it handle the toughest jobs and terrain. This model is powered by a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 760cc engine, placing it in the big bore displacement class (650cc class and above).
RANGER® 6X6 800 -Polaris RANGER® 6X6 800 UTV comes fitted with the proven, big-bore 800 twin-cylinder engine and features EFI for fast, reliable starting in any temperature, plus automatic adjustments for altitude.
