Following the launch of Triumph Tiger 1200, the Iconic British premium motorcycle brand is all set to launch dealership in Kolkata. The brand has partnered with Speed Motocorp in Kolkata to offer the complete portfolio of Triumph Motorcycles along with after sales, service, apparels and accessories. The dealership will be called Speed Triumph Spread across, 2500 sq. feet, the store offers niche customer lounge allowing customers to experience Triumph hospitality along with the wide range of products.
Owing to the growing demand for two-wheelers in Kolkata, Triumph launched the facility that will cater to the customers in Kolkata and further assist customers of northeast. Apart from facilitating the entire range of Triumph motorcycles – Modern Classics, Adventures, Roadsters & the Rockets, Speed Triumph will also offer a host of accessories, merchandise and apparel suited to each category of motorcycle. Committed to catering to Triumph Motorcycles enthusiasts in Kolkata, the ultra-modern dealership will offer the signature Triumph experience – the dealership is divided into different experiential zones such as a consultation lounge; build your own bike zone for customers who want to customize their machines – reflecting their personality and individuality, and an official merchandise zone showcasing official Triumph lifestyle clothing and riding gear. The dealership facility is centrally located to provide maximum convenience to visitors and customers.

Triumph Motorcycles has put in a new SOP across its dealerships to ensure the safety of all staff and customers, including virtual Whatsapp consultations, sanitization of motorcycles and common touch points, along with the service centre. Home test rides & deliveries are also being offered to customers to ensure social distancing and customers are being encouraged to book prior appointments before visiting the dealership to ensure limited number of people are present at the dealership at all times.
