Volkswagen concludes Ameo roadshow in India
Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer, concluded the 17 cities roadshow organised for the made-in-India and made-for-India carline, Volkswagen Ameo. The roadshow that commenced on 12th May 2016 enabled customers to experience the Ameo and make bookings.
Priced at INR 5.14 Lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai), the Ameo received an overwhelming response from customers through its journey of over 11,000 kms. across India.
On this occasion, Mr. Michael Mayer, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, said,

The Volkswagen Ameo is currently available with a 1.2L 3-cylinder MPI engine mated to 5-speed manual gear box. For Volkswagen, safety is paramount and the Volkswagen Ameo comes equipped with dual front airbags and ABS as standard fitment across variants.
The Ameo is available for test drives and bookings at all Volkswagen showrooms across India. Customers can also book the carline through the Ameo mobile application available on the Google PlayStore and Apple store.
