As a part of Volkswagen Group’s ‘India 2.0’ strategy, the company has decided to merge all three of its entities Volkswagen India Private Ltd (VWIPL), Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Ltd (NSC) and Skoda Auto India Private Ltd (SAIPL) – in India. The leadership role for this merger will be fulfilled by Gurpratap Boparai, chief of VW Group India. This merger has been approved by boards of all 3 companies.
There is definitely a good reason for Volkswagen to celebrate the Siblings Day.
